Refund and Return Policy

 

1. Product Returns

• We accept returns within 14 days after the product delivery.

• Products must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or exchange.


2. Return Process

• To initiate a return, please contact us through our customer service with your order number and reason for the return.

• We will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, including the return shipping address.

• Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, as we do not provide prepaid return labels. Returned products must be sent to the address provided during the return process.


3. Refund or Exchange

• Once the returned product is received and its condition verified, we will process the refund to the original payment method or proceed with an exchange for another product, depending on your preference.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after the returned product is verified.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

• All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure their quality.

• If, despite this, you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours after receiving the order, providing clear photos of the item and packaging to infomajestyjewels@gmail.com.

• Claims for damaged or defective items will only be accepted within 48 hours after delivery.

• Please note that claims made through other channels such as social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) will not be processed. Only requests via email or our website chat will be accepted.


5. Exceptions to the Return Policy

• Personalized Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for personalized, custom-made, or specially modified products.

• Improper Use: We cannot accept returns for jewelry damaged due to improper use or negligence by the customer.

• Hygiene: For hygiene reasons, earrings, piercings, and similar items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.


6. Shipping Costs

• Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable once the order has been shipped.

• If a return is requested, the refund will only cover the product price, not the shipping costs.

• Additionally, the Shopify platform fee (ranging from 2.5% to 5% + 0.30€, depending on the country and bank) will be deducted from the refund amount.


7. Order Cancellation

• Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us via infomajestyjewels@gmail.com.

• Please note that a platform fee (Shopify) will be applied, which ranges from 2.5% to 5% + 0.30€, depending on the country and the bank entity.

• If you want to change the color or size of an item, exchange an item for another, or remove a product from your order, please contact us instead of canceling, to manage it properly and avoid the cancellation fee.

• If you forgot to apply a discount code, please let us know before the order is shipped, and we will try to resolve it.

• If the order has already been shipped, you will need to wait for it to arrive and handle it as a return. In this case, shipping costs will be at your expense, and shipping fees already paid are non-refundable.


8. Processing Time

• Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return once we have received the returned product.


9. Request Handling

• All requests related to cancellations, returns, refunds, or any other inquiry will be handled during business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we carefully process each request.


10. Fraud and Chargebacks

• In the event of an unjustified chargeback or fraud attempt related to the payment of an order, we reserve the right to take the necessary actions, including filing a formal report with the relevant authorities.

• To protect both our store and our customers, we will respond to all payment disputes by providing the necessary information to prove the validity of the transaction.
