Shipping Policies
1. Order Processing
• All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
• Shipping methods may vary depending on the customer’s location and service availability.
• Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Spain: 1 to 3 business days
- European Union: 4 to 10 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 10 business days

Remote or hard-to-reach areas (such as rural areas, islands, or locations with limited logistics coverage): 10 to 15 business days
• Shipping costs will be calculated and shown during the checkout process.
3. Shipping Address
• Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
• We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
• If a package is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, absence of the recipient, or failure to collect the parcel, the customer will need to pay the shipping fee again for the package to be resent.
• If a refund is requested, only the product price will be refunded, not the shipping fees already paid.
4. Shipment Tracking
• Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided. This can be used to check the status of your shipment.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct and valid email address for communication. We are not responsible for any issues if an incorrect or invalid email address is provided.
5. International Shipping
• We offer international shipping to most countries, subject to availability and customs regulations.
• The customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in the destination country.
6. Lost or Damaged Items
• In case a package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
